Premier Global Connections may use text messaging (SMS) to communicate with clients, partners, independent contractors, and carriers. These communications are intended to provide critical business updates, logistical support, and account management.

2. Types of Communications

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Premier Global Connections, you agree to receive text updates related to the following use cases:

  • Logistics & Load Updates: Real-time updates regarding shipment status, tracking, and operational coordination.

  • Appointment & Scheduling Reminders: Notifications regarding pickup and delivery windows or scheduled business calls.

  • Account & Billing Inquiries: Critical communications regarding invoicing, payments, or documentation requests.

  • Customer Support: Direct, conversational follow-ups regarding your inquiries or service requests.

3. Message Frequency

  • Message frequency varies based on your active logistics operations, transaction volume, or direct inquiries.

  • You may receive up to 7 messages per week regarding your account, shipment status, or support requests.

4. Cost and Carrier Disclosures

  • Premier Global Connections does not charge a fee for our text messaging service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your wireless pricing plan.

  • Web traffic and text transmissions are subject to the terms and conditions of your specific mobile service provider.

5. How to Opt-In (Consent)

You may consent to receive SMS communications from Premier Global Connections in the following ways:

  • By checking the SMS consent box on our online contact, quote request, or onboarding web forms.

  • By providing your mobile phone number during verbal or written onboarding processes.

  • Note: If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can simply choose not to check the SMS consent box on our web forms.

6. How to Opt-Out (Cancellation)

  • You can cancel and opt out of our SMS communications at any time. To do so, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.

  • After texting STOP, you will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you explicitly opt back in.

7. How to Get Help or Support

  • If you experience any issues with our text messaging program or need assistance, reply to any of our messages with the keyword HELP.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Premier Global Connections respects your data privacy. Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and text opt-in data are kept strictly confidential and used solely for the operational purposes outlined above.
